Grimselstrasse, 3864 Guttannen, Switzerland
Gelmerbahn is a slow-moving rollercoaster that goes up through the mountains of the swiss alps. It is a beautiful and unforgettable experience. Once you make it to the top of the mountain, there is an optional hiking trail. If you do not want to take the hike, you can take Gelmerbahn back down the mountain. There is also a very cool suspension bridge that you can take to walk if you're a real adventure-seeker!
*Please note: tickets are REQUIRED and sell out fast. Book in advance! If you do not want to take the hike, book the return ticket 10-20 minutes later to come back down the mountain.
Total activity time: 1/2 hour if you opt out of the hike. As long as you'd like if you choose to explore the area on top of the mountain (recommended).
